- Exact Color Match: We guarantee the product color will be exactly as shown on your screen with no differences.
- 14-Day Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Doorstep Exchange: We provide a hand-to-hand swap where our rider delivers the new item and collects the old one.
- Exchange Fee: A flat service fee of Rs. 350 is charged for all doorstep replacements.
- Quality Check: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags to qualify for exchange.
- Order Accuracy: Customers must provide a correct address and active phone number to ensure successful delivery.
- Data Protection: Your personal information is kept private and used only for shipping and order updates.
