1. 14-Day Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof: Please keep your receipt or order confirmation handy.
2. Easy Doorstep Exchange (Hand-to-Hand)
We offer a "Swap at the Door" service to save you time!
- How it works: Our rider will come to your address with the new item and collect the old item from you at the same time.
- Service Fee: A flat fee of Rs. 350 applies for this doorstep replacement service.
3. How to Start a Request

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your package immediately. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix it for you free of cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items bought on Sale or using Gift Cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Personal care items (beauty products).
6. Fast Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
